Gravicore is a relatively small corporation, but we do not let that get in our way. The corporation's attitude towards prospering in EVE is that there is no job too big, and no system too dangerous. We pride ourselves on our ability to overcome challenges with determination and ingenuity, and where appropriate calculated risk taking. We look for the same attitude and mentality in our members.

Our members are not risk adverse, nor are they fool-hardy. When faced with challenges/obstacles, we expect members to be able to weigh up risks vs. rewards, find ways to reduce risk, and apply their solution methodically and effectively. Failure should be seen as a learning experience from which a better solution can be derived. Fear should be approached as an obstacle begging to be overcome.
